Berry Creek Rancheria is a consortium member of Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority. Northern Circle provides a variety of services to our tribal members, including rental and housing assistance, housing scholarships, first time homebuyers classes, and upkeep of tribal housing. General Housing Assistance

Homeowner's Assistance Fund

For homeowners who were financially affected by COVID-19 – you can apply through Northern Circle for HAF. This program can help homeowners with up to 3 months of past due mortgage payments and also with past due utility payments.

Emergency Rental Assistance Fund

For renters who were financially affected by COVID-19 – you can apply through Northern Circle for ERAP. This program can help with up to 12 months of rental payments, past and future due, and also with past due utility payments.
